EGUCHI VIETNAM は、東京の江口本社で、技能実習や特定技能として日本の清掃技術を数年間にわたり勉強実習したベトナム人を中心に雇用し、日本流の清掃技術により、オフィスビルを中心とした清掃事業を展開して行きたいと考えています。これは、日本で学んだ技術を「自国で生かしてもらいたい」との思いからです。 また最近では、日本での人材が不足している福祉関係業務と、ベトナムの学校を結び付け、日本にとってもベトナムにとってもともに良い関係を築こうと考え紹介事業にも力を入れています。
